1.Explain what is meant by the dichotomy between the Internet as Content Transmitter and Internet as Communication Too? Explain your perspective on this dichotomy.
Internet consider as a communication tools between teacher, student and all other people. Internet provides content to student in deferent way. Internet provides people with deferent content that depend on their need. Teacher and student use internet to communication and share their information between each other. Internet give the chance to each student to shat with his teacher about any concern and problem that student face it by using different fetchers email ,blogs, messenger discussion forms or video type it. Also each student can shat with each other as study gropes by using internet devises and they can get feed pack very quick with each other. Teacher can give lecture by using internet device or recorded his voice and posted in professor website or black board.
I like on line classes because it is new experience for me in this class. I have done a lot of research to know if my answer is Wright o wrong, communicate with my teacher by using e mail. But I know very well I cannot use this technology with my student because they are children because I am preschool teacher.
2. How can good instructional design ensure that the course meets student needs?
From my experience .I think when teacher ask student what they want to learn in this course and designed his course that match there want. Also , when student interact with teacher face to face so teacher can know how did student understand the information. Also , when professor want to make shore that all student understand lecture, the professor will ask a lot of question and give home work to student. The successful professor provide his student with syllabus that has all the information about the course so student can prepare himself very well and know what to do each lesson that is the accomplishment that professor want to receive when his student understand his lesson.
3. How can good instructional design ensure course quality?
When a good instruction creates designed for his course. The instruction must go over the material of the course. Also he must ask his self how to presented to student in positive way .Also, how course working at the same rate or not and at the end evaluate the course very well. Moreover, professor must be concern about the quality of the information that he provided to student. Professor provide his information through deferent way by face to face lecture, if he want to get quick feedback from student or using on line devises like video type his lecture and use dissection bored so that can make the class more effective .when professor give online lecture he must be shore that all student connected with him in the same time so this professor can go all over the answer in flexible way.
4. What is the difference between course level and individual activity level design?
The course level will be focus on specific objective of this course and different activity that passed on technology like lecture, blogs and shat with teacher and using blackboard.
Individual activity level depends on student sharing there information with each other and using e mail and chatting room.
5. Using the first three stages of the ADDIE (or another) instructional design model, explain how you would go about developing an online course. Note: You do not have to deal with delivering the course at this time
Start with Analysis: What methods would you use to understand:
a. Student individuality and outlook
Students don’t have a lot of experience with blogs, website ,podcasts and html codes . Teacher and instructions are attracted on develop their technology skills convention in their classrooms, but the big problem is how to educated there student when there get started .
b. Instructor individuality and outlook
Instructor is expert in using blogs, website and podcasts and well known html codes. That can inrush his class with a lot of information so his class can be more helpful to his student .
c. Content of the program
Contents will consist of education technology like video and audio.
d. How to Determine if Content Has Been Learned
To determine content has been learned is to make each student create their own blog, website and podcast for their class by give clear information to them and go over each step that they have done so for in their new skills.
Next deal with Design: What method or process would you use to design the course? What kinds of constraints would your CMS force on you as a designer?
To design the course I would use university library to read a lot of books about blogs. When student use blogs at first time they will face difficulty because it will be a new experience for them .After student finch creating there blogs they will send me an e mail of the most difficult part that they are face it so that I can help them and give them quick feedback on where they are having tripled with it. The CMC will limited student and teacher creativity because it provide teacher with limited tool so teacher can not develop there skills .
Finally, explain how you would do development and testing of content.
In developing my designed , I will provide my student t all the information that they need to create there one blog and fallow them a step by step when they sent it to me by e mail . I will provide my student video type that show and explain to them how to create a good blog . At the end I will To test MY student on the thing that I thought them to do , I will show them how this program is easy to use. Also, I will explain and show power point samples of how different kind of technology can be useful in the classroom and use it in useful way .
